The manual for the new ETL, FAQ, Help, and announcements are all only in Korean.  There is no way to translate them. 

This is a major oversight, considering SNU is supposed to be an international university.  A huge percentage of professors and students need English to operate the computer systems. 

It would be a good idea to correct this oversight before the Fall semester begins.
